Adult Workshops
Half-day Carving Workshop: June 7th, 10am – 2pm
Join us for a hands-on wood carving workshop where you’ll learn to shape your own pocket-spoon from freshly harvested greenwood. Guided by experienced carvers Joel Regehr and Hugh Cotton, and Pine’s lead instructor Lee, this session will cover safe knife techniques and basic carving skills for the bowl and handle of a small spoon.
Held at the Pine office, this workshop invites you to slow down, tune in, and engage your senses. Whether you’re new to carving or have plenty of experience, you’ll leave with new skills, a deeper appreciation for traditional craft, and a functional utensil made by your own hands.
Open to all ages, though the pace and instruction are geared toward adults. Tools and materials provided. All experiences are welcome.
