Covid-19 Online Screening Form
All campers are expected to complete a daily screening before arriving at camp. Please monitor your camper(s) for Covid-19 symptoms. Families can use our online Covid-19 Screening Form, or consult the Toronto Public Health Screening Questionnaire.
Please note that there are situations in which participants may pass the screening, but will be required to wear a mask when attending camp. These situations include:
- For days 6-10 after a self-isolation period of five days after a COVD-19 diagnosis.
- If you are identified as a close contact of someone with COVID-19.
- In public spaces, including schools and childcares, for the first 14 days following travel outside of Canada.
What should I do if my child does not pass the screening?
Please keep them home and email info@pineproject.org to let us know the reason for their absence.
Consult Toronto Public Health’s Decision Tool for Schools and/or Screening Questionnaire for further guidance.

If my child misses a day of camp, but isn't sick, do we need to do anything for them to return?
No, but please email us at info@pineproject.org to let us know of any absences, whether related to illness or not, since we’re keeping record and must follow up with any absent families.
