Overnight Camp Communications Specialist
We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Red Wolf Overnight Camp team! This unique role blends storytelling and community care. The Communications Specialist will capture photos, videos, and written stories that share the magic of Red Wolf with others, and support thoughtful communication with campers and families.

Videographer: Red Wolf Overnight Camp Video
We’re looking for a videographer or small video team to create a short film that captures the Red Wolf Overnight Camp experience. The goal is to capture the mentorship, wilderness immersion, skill-building, and deep sense of belonging that make Red Wolf such a unique and transformative experience for young people
Filming will take place in August 2026, with final delivery in Fall 2026.

Summer Camp Backcountry Instructor
The Pine Project is seeking Instructors to join our Red Wolf Overnight Wilderness Camp team. Unlike many overnight camps, Red Wolf Overnight Wilderness Camp takes place in a backcountry setting, with campers and staff living in tents, cooking over open fires, and living in harmony with the land. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with outdoor education experience, particularly backcountry and adventure-programming experience. Working under the supervision of the Camp Manager, Red Wolf Camp Instructors are responsible for a variety of different areas of camp life including running games and activities in a backcountry setting, as well as preparing meals and supporting campers in learning how to live off the land.

Red Wolf Food Assistant
The Pine Project is seeking a backcountry food assistant to join our Red Wolf Overnight Wilderness Camp staff team. Reporting to the Red Wolf Food Coordinator, the Food Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to the Food Coordinator to oversee the process of ensuring food is provided to staff and campers at Red Wolf. Unlike many overnight camps, the entirety of Red Wolf Overnight Wilderness Camp takes place in a backcountry setting, with campers and staff living in tents, cooking for themselves over open fires, and living in harmony with the land. As such, this role is critical to ensuring the success of our camp. The Food Assistant would live on site in a lodge setting for the duration of the contract. If applicants have the ability to commute back and forth, staying on site is not necessary.
