As we walk outside, or look through the window, trees can become part of the “scenery” – but each is an individual with its own story to discover! If we start to look closer, some of these arboreal stories may be revealed to us.
We want to invite you into a Winter Tree ID challenge. This could be a simple task for some, and a season (or years) long challenge for others!
This Winter Tree ID challenge is to get a BINGO, or even collect them all! You will need the BINGO ID and the Glossary of Terms, some time to access tree twigs, and possibly some adult supervision during the stick gathering to respect living trees. (If you are collecting living twigs, shears are a very useful tool.)
