Pine is thrilled to share about our recent collaboration with Native Child & Family Services! Over the past few months, we’ve been working together to bring monthly nature connection programs to their school-age drop-in program.
Programs kicked off earlier this year, and kids and mentors have been spending their time together immersed in the wonders of nature. Through a variety of nature-inspired games and hands-on activities, participants are not only having fun but also developing important skills, fostering a sense of curiosity and connection, and building a deeper appreciation for the environment. One participant perfectly captured the excitement and value of these experiences by exclaiming, “That was worth getting my shoes dirty!” We’ve been having a blast connecting with nature and each other, and we look forward to the adventures ahead.
